The Job Summary states: Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club. Ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. Maintains the neat and clean environment of the club by removing all trash and debris from the store. Team Members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, procedures and compliance, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work as a team, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Members are to receive service excellence, have concerns resolved, and experience a safe and positive environment. Club Standards include delivering GOLD club standards daily, ensuring all items are stocked and promotional plans executed, maintaining visible accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized. Team members should also understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for their department and see the connection between consistent execution and positive business impact.
