About The Position

As a part time Windsor Stock Stylist, you support the leadership team in delivering our mission statement to our fashion loving customers! You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day by ensuring your store always represents Windsor’s Visual Guidelines. You’ll get to showcase your incredible passion for Windsor through owning merchandise operations in both front and back of house.

Requirements

• You're flexible and reliable with your schedule.
• You thrive in a fast paced environment.
• You can handle multiple tasks at one one time.
• You are able to to stand, bend and lift up to 25 lbs for a full scheduled shift
• You are able to read, write and speak English
• You're at least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Smile and make our customers happy!
• Have fun and create the Oasis for our customers using the Windsor 4-step Selling Method.
• Put thought into your style each day and love to share your passion for fashion and Windsor products with our customers.
• Take pride in your store! Whether it's processing shipment, updating promotional signage or completing markdowns, you work hard and you're always ready to learn, adapt and improve.
• Lead the team to success through your keen eye for merchandising opportunities and strong operational focus.
• Think outside the box! You’re a creative thinker and are always seeking new ways to create value for our guests.
• Do the right thing! You know integrity is mandatory and follow all Windsor policy and procedures.
