About The Position

Performs general store operational duties, including customer service, truck unloading, merchandise recovery, and light cleaning and maintenance as assigned. Will be responsible for moving furniture and related activities on the sales floor. Loading and Unloading customer vehicles. Works collaboratively with store leadership to ensure store standards are upheld.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to come to work on time as scheduled
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to load furniture into and out of customer vehicles
• Ability to move product on, off, and around the sales floor
• Ability to maintain clean storage areas, stock shelves, and break areas
• Ability to climb ladders to change ceiling tiles and light bulbs
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
