About The Position

This role is responsible for managing incoming materials and parts, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and fulfilling customer orders. The Stock Room Coordinator will utilize the ERP system for inventory management and order fulfillment, coordinate with Customer Service, and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. The position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and effective communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all internal customers in both written and oral form.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers.
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Take all incoming material/parts and place into ERP inventory.
  • Complete identification cards and stage parts in inventory.
  • Use ERP system to apply parts/material to the job and pull physical parts/material to fulfill customer orders.
  • Move physical parts/material to appropriate staging area.
  • Work from travelers, spreadsheets, ESB, written/visual instruction, and verbal instructions to determine shipping priorities and work assignments to meet schedules.
  • Oversee/perform incoming shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments before/after placing into inventory.
  • Provide visual inspection and accurate counts on product received/released.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service regarding updates, cancellations, and changes.
  • Perform cycle counts to assure accuracy of inventory levels for Accounting.
  • Perform housekeeping chores as department requirements dictate.
  • Investigate discrepancies.
  • Receive material in a timely manner.
  • Ensure storage of parts is in accordance with procedures (CP/ handling/ FOD).
  • Provide strong internal customer service.
