About The Position

The Stock Replenisher replenishes shelves and the sales floor with products from the stockroom and deliveries, keeping merchandise organized and aligned with company standards. The role also supports delivery unloading, backroom organization, inventory monitoring, and customer assistance while maintaining clean and safe work areas.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull usually 20–50 pounds.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, warehouse, or stocking experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Replenish shelves and the sales floor with products from the stockroom and deliveries.
• Face, rotate, and organize merchandise according to company standards.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing the backroom.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas.
• Assist customers on the sales floor as needed.
