About The Position

SNIPES is a leading sneaker and streetwear retailer worldwide, deeply rooted in youth culture and community. We are seeking Stock Personnel to maintain an organized stockroom, ensure accurate inventory, provide efficient customer service, and uphold a safe environment. This role is integral to the store's overall success and requires a strong connection to our brand and community.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming.
Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the store's achievements.
Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with coworkers and customers.
Meet company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge, and store operations.
Efficiently follow all instructions and tasks given by Management within a specified timeline.
Communicate stock availability and/or damages to Store/Assistant or Stock Manager on a weekly basis.
Understand and follow store operating procedures and policies.
Ensure shelves and stockroom are fully stocked, well organized, clean, faced, tagged, and signed.
Maintain merchandise standards in and around the stockroom.
Ensure all hangers are separated and placed in the correct box/boxes.
Condense styles and ensure fixtures are in one place.
Maintain consistent awareness of the store's stock regularly.
Maintain consistent awareness and control of the store's merchandise.
