About The Position

Wolford is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Stock & Operations Associate for its Beverly Hills store. The role supports day-to-day store operations, primarily through inventory management, stockroom organization, shipment processing, replenishment, and related tasks that help the selling team deliver a seamless luxury client experience. Although stock and operations are the primary focus, the position works in a client-facing retail environment. When operational workload allows or business needs require, the associate supports the selling floor and assists clients.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of retail, stock, inventory, or operations experience.
Luxury or premium retail experience.
Proficiency with retail technology, inventory systems, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, process, and organize incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organized, clean, and accessible stockroom.
Replenish merchandise on the selling floor based on business needs.
Process inventory transfers, returns, damages, and other stock movements accurately.
Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation.
Help investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure merchandise is tagged, priced, folded, hung, and stored according to company standards.
Support fulfillment of store and omnichannel orders as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory records and follow company procedures for merchandise movement.
Communicate inventory, shipment, or operational issues to store leadership.
Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures as assigned.
Assist with supply organization, operational paperwork, and administrative tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas, the cash wrap, and operational spaces.
Support visual merchandising execution, product moves, and floor changes.
Follow loss prevention procedures and security standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Perform key holding responsibilities if assigned.
Support the selling floor when operational workload allows or business needs require.
Welcome and assist clients in a polished, attentive, and service-oriented manner.
Develop product knowledge to assist with basic client needs and product recommendations.
Support sales associates with product retrieval, replenishment, fitting rooms, packaging, and client requests.
Process point-of-sale transactions accurately when needed.
Help ensure front- and back-of-house operations support a seamless luxury client experience.
