About The Position

The Stock/Maintenance employee stocks shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise, food, and beverages; monitors inventory and reports low-stock items; and helps receive and organize deliveries. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, restrooms, and surrounding property, performing routine indoor and outdoor maintenance, and following safety and sanitation standards. The employee supports other team members with general store duties and assists customers when needed.

The position requires lifting up to 30–50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and repeatedly bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching overhead. Work may involve intermittent exposure to different temperatures, including outdoors near the pumps and inside the cooler. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting, and overhead reaching.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Basic maintenance and cleaning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, such as outside by the pumps and in the cooler.

Responsibilities
