About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the stock and cleanliness of the store, including shelves, coolers, and displays. It also involves performing routine maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and assisting with deliveries and general store duties. The position requires flexibility in availability, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work in varying temperatures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting and overhead reaching
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic maintenance and cleaning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in intermittent temperature daily, e.g., outside by the pumps and in the cooler

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise, food, and beverages
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, restrooms, and surrounding property
• Perform routine maintenance tasks indoor and outdoor (trash removal, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• Support team members with general store duties as needed
• Provide friendly assistance to customers when necessary
