Supports the customer experience and leads operational standards to assist in achieving store’s sales plan. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in leading operations to help the store achieve sales plan and KPI goals, deliver a bold & energetic customer experience, and complete daily operational tasks including shipment, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, inventory management including SKU integrity and bringing/returning product to sales floor. They will manage evolving daily workload while prioritizing the customer experience, ensure Stuart Weitzman’s Visual Guidelines are properly executed and maintained at all times, and understand, comply, and enforce company policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and audit compliance to protect the company’s inventory and assets. The role also ensures a safe, clean, and compliant environment at all times, trains and mentors the store team on all operational tasks, and acts as a brand ambassador of Stuart Weitzman.
