Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• A valid driver's license for off-site vehicle operation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall shopping experience for all Stuart Weitzman Clients, providing an inviting world class customer experience by training and developing stock associates!
• Lead our Stock Associates by example in checking in and unpacking shipments of the newest arrivals of merchandise and strategically organize inventory
• Support Store Manager on product requests to ensure the store’s displays are filled with our bold and iconic styles. Proactively advise the Store Manager and complete related reworks and transfers. Leading the transport of merchandise from our stock facility to our store location, in alignment to inventory and customer needs.
• Utilize your detail-oriented skillset to follow the proper protocol for store fulfillments, cycle counts and accurately complete inventory prep and process. Advise Store Manager on inventory discrepancies.
• Foster a professional and safe work environment where associates are valued, respected and recognized for their contributions
• Completes other projects and assignments as directed by management.
