This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to meet Brand Promises. The position also involves engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role requires participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, as well as merchandise recovery and maintenance. The Stock Crew member will also perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, support shrink and safety programs, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Interaction with others should be accepting and respectful, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, and promoting the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
