About The Position

An excellent opportunity is now available to join The Cisco Global Stock Plan Services (GSPS) team. You will be an integral part of GSPS compliance team. You will report to the Director of Global Stock Plan Services/M&A Stock and be responsible for ensuring compliance for the Americas, Vietnam, Malaysia as well as completing operational activities. You think big and apply critical thinking to understand the downstream impact of the work and decisions you make. You are organized, flexible, and can prioritize work with a sense of urgency. You are curious and have a strong sense of improvement in execution and operational efficiency, adhering to controls and compliance into processes and procedures. You are a self-starter, who thrives in a team environment and willing to step in to assist other team members (as needed).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • CEP designation (or ECA designation with willingness to acquire CEP)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of global stock plan administration including RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Run concurrent projects and detail associated
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the company

  • General and statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with accounting, compensation, and tax concepts related to equity plans
  • Proven understanding of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Handle the securities filings and compliance tasks for assigned countries/region along with internal partners and external vendors
  • Act as key point of contact for assigned region/countries (primarily within the Americas, Vietnam and Malaysia)
  • Handle tolling of vesting due to leave of absences with external vendor
  • Handle accelerations, prorations and cancellations due to separation agreements in a timely manner with internal partners and external vendor
  • Provide required reports for Section 16s
  • Partner with transfer agent on escheatment
  • Reconcile share pools
  • Initiate wire transfers for India and China
  • Coordinate with external vendors regarding proxy information
  • Drive discussions with People & Communities and Payroll on international stock strategies and updates
  • Comply and adhere to SOX and operational controls
  • Audit US payroll records with US payroll team
  • Partner with external vendor on 6039s
  • Handle qualifying and disqualifying dispositions from ISOs and ESPP and liaise with internal partners for reporting
  • Resolve ServiceNow cases in accordance with agreed upon SLAs
  • Cross-train GSPS team members and ensure documentation is up-to-date
