This position supports operations by managing communications, documentation, and organizational tasks to keep daily activities running smoothly. It plays a key role in helping staff respond quickly to changing winter conditions. As a Winter Stock Clerk 1, you will perform the following duties: Communication Support: Handle incoming calls and radio messages, directing information to the appropriate personnel Weather Monitoring: Track conditions and notify the proper staff when alerts or updates are needed Record Keeping: Maintain logs for weather, road conditions, equipment assignments, and response actions Emergency Coordination: Relay important updates to radio stations, schools, emergency responders, and other contacts Clerical Tasks: Prepare documents, file materials, process correspondence, and complete general office duties Operational Assistance: Support supervisors by contacting employees, managing call outs, and updating assignment records
