About The Position

The Stock Associate controls the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor. The role includes receiving, unpacking, organizing, storing, packaging, and labeling merchandise, as well as supporting the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed. Stock Associates help meet sales goals by executing merchandise-flow routines and maintaining store merchandising and operational standards.

The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. It also involves bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed. Responsibilities

• Assist in making sales goals by consistently executing merchandise-flow routines.
• Process merchandise deliveries according to the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Ensure store merchandising and operational standards are consistently met.
• Assist with the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage-reduction measures.
• Model the values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
• Provide customer service and ring up customers as needed.
