About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Stock Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. You will support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Responsibilities include accurately ringing customer purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining merchandising standards, processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, initiating and participating in store recovery, and maintaining organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and the entire store. You will also provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, and support store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
Other duties as assigned.
