About The Position

As a Stock Associate, you help ensure smooth behind-the-scenes store operations by efficiently receiving and replenishing products on the sales floor, maintaining an organized stock room, and promptly packaging customer orders. You may also assist with other tasks as needed. The role supports an inclusive, collaborative team focused on product passion and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, navigate uncertainty, and champion new ideas.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining an organized stock room.
• Learn the store shipment systems and comply with merchandise handling guidelines.
• Maintain presentation standards and act in a manner aligned with brand values.
• Support the store team in exceeding customer selling and service expectations.
• Replenish products on the sales floor and package customer orders promptly.
• Assist with various tasks as required.
