About The Position

The Stock Associate supports store operations by keeping merchandise organized and stocked, assisting with inventory and stockroom activities, and following shipping, receiving, and point-of-sale procedures. The role also provides customer service, helps maintain repeat clientele, and addresses client concerns. A minimum of two years of retail experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with maintaining inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
• Assist with stock, shipping, and receiving procedures and related paperwork.
• Participate in inventories.
• Comply with Point-of-Sale policies and procedures.
• Properly execute relevant register functions.
• Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
• Participate in relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Build and maintain repeat clientele and use the client book.
• Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
