About The Position

Fox Group is a leading and fast-growing retailer operating several well-known retail banners in Israel, Europe, and Canada, including Mango, Laline, and Fox Home. They are aiming to be the number one retail group in Canada. Mango, founded in Barcelona, Spain, is an internationally recognized fashion brand with over 2220 stores worldwide, specializing in women's, men's, and kid's clothing and accessories. This role is for a Stock Associate who is expected to be an exceptional team player, capable of motivating, inspiring, and collaborating with the store team. The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving and controlling merchandise, storing it in the stockroom, and ensuring store replenishment according to company procedures to maintain a customer-ready shop floor.

  • Ability to travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Set the expectations of how to operate the stockroom with the team
  • Ensure exceptional level of customer service by supporting the sales team
  • Adherence to all company policy, procedures, and guidelines
  • Perform POS functions on designated shifts
  • Analyze and review stockroom indicators and performance to improve efficiency and store results
  • Consistently prioritize tasks and deadlines in the context of global business and commercial needs
  • Be familiar with the products of each season - collection, initial order, colours, sizes, etc.
  • Use the different product lists for managing the stockroom (pending packages, transmission, initial order, etc.)
  • Be able to recommend alternative garments when out of stock items are requested
  • Responsible for controlling and monitoring stockroom materials - alarms, RFID equipment, adhesive tape, etc.
  • Reorganize stockroom space in an optimal manner according to the stage of the season and store needs – start of the season, sale period, etc.
  • Carry out the re-labelling of garments as required (sale period, promotions, etc.)
  • Be aware at all times of the newest products and what is on the shop floor
  • Provide product feedback to management team
