About The Position

The Stock Associate conveys a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by supporting an exceptional shopping experience and helping showcase the brand through merchandise presentations. The role supports accurate receipt, organization, replenishment, and display of merchandise, while assisting customers and supporting store management with health, safety, and operational procedures. The position involves working across the sales floor and stockroom in a fast-paced retail environment and performing the listed physical duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of stock experience.
Effective time-management skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to handle merchandise and place, ship, and receive product.
Ability to work with retail operating systems, a PC, and scanning equipment.
Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor and in stockrooms for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to contribute to an effective and productive team/work environment.

Responsibilities

Compare merchandise invoices to items received to ensure shipments are correct.
Display merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.
Receive, open, unpack, and issue sales-floor merchandise.
Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items that need replenishment.
Answer customers’ questions about merchandise and advise them on merchandise selection.
Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
Assist with implementing Health & Safety policy and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
Comply with Occupational Health & Safety requirements at all times.
Handle merchandise and support placing, shipping, and receiving product.
Perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, reaching, climbing ladders, moving high-density shelving, changing mannequins, using rolling racks, handling sensors, folding paper, swapping hangers, and assisting with VDC installations.
