About The Position

The Stock Associate performs general stockroom duties at Philadelphia International Airport, including picking and ordering products, pricing merchandise, receiving freight, loading and unloading trucks, and replenishing the sales floor. The role helps maintain an organized, safe, and clean stock area and supports inventory, returns, and store stocking. This is a full-time position requiring open availability for any shift and any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to lift 60 pounds.
Ability to work in environments exposed to hot and cold elements.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Previous stockroom or warehouse experience.
Open availability to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Protect company assets in the stock area, including non-stock merchandise.
Provide a safe and clean environment for stock personnel.
Place stock orders as required.
Count and receive incoming merchandise and report shortages or overages to management before required deadlines.
Count merchandise and complete appropriate paperwork for vendor returns.
Receive freight and load and unload trucks.
Replenish stock on the sales floor.
Isolate, sort, and organize damaged and outdated products for supplier credits and returns.
Organize merchandise for annual inventory.
Assist with inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances.
Notify management of out-of-stock merchandise.
Assist with stocking stores and backrooms.
Assist with trash removal and recycling.
