We're looking for a Stock Administrator who wants to own one of the most important functions at a rapidly scaling company. You'll be the driving force behind our equity programs, partnering with leaders across the business to support major company milestones while ensuring every employee has a world-class equity experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of equity administration experience at a high-growth technology company, public company, or leading law firm.
  • Experience with stock options, RSUs, ESPPs, tender offers, and other equity programs.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 718, SOX, SEC reporting, and equity taxation.
  • Experience with platforms such as Carta, Rippling, AST, Shareworks, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
  • Experience supporting an IPO or operating at a newly public company.
  • Experience with international equity programs and cross-border compliance.
  • A track record of building scalable equity operations and automating manual processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration of the company's global equity programs, including grants, exercises, vesting, releases, ESPP purchases, tender offers, and other equity transactions.
  • Maintain accurate equity records across Carta, transfer agents, and internal systems while ensuring data integrity and operational excellence.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and People to ensure equity transactions are accurately reflected in payroll, accounting, tax reporting, and SEC filings.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including ASC 718 stock-based compensation accounting and audit requests.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable securities laws, tax regulations, SOX controls, and company equity policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding equity awards, vesting, taxation, and liquidity events.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including transfer agents and equity administration providers.
  • Continuously improve equity operations by building scalable processes, automating manual workflows, and strengthening internal controls as the company grows.
