About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring an STNA at its Austinburg Nursing & Rehabilitation facility, a 115-bed facility in Austinburg, Ohio. STNAs provide high-quality, individualized resident care according to approved care plans and help residents with daily activities, personal care, and safety. The role follows infection-control procedures and documentation and record-keeping policies, including recording vital signs, and requires promptly reporting concerns or violations of residents’ rights.

Full-time shifts are 2nd shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.) and 3rd shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.); part-time work is available on 1st shift. The listed pay is $18.50–$19.25 per hour, with a $1 shift differential for 3rd shift. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.

• Immediately report concerns or violations of residents’ rights.
