About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at its 115-bed Austinburg Nursing & Rehabilitation facility. In this employee-owned community, STNAs provide high-quality, individualized care and build meaningful relationships with residents as part of a mission-driven team focused on compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Full-time positions are available on second shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.) and third shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.); part-time work is available on first shift. Full-time employees are eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Wages are $18.50–$19.25 per hour, with shift differentials of $3.50 for second shift and $1 for third shift.

Requirements

• Completed CNA/STNA course.
• Active state certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care, and support resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with documentation and record-keeping policies, including recording vital signs.
• Immediately report concerns or violations of residents’ rights.
