Requirements
- Active Ohio STNA certification

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Offer companionship and brighten residents’ days
- Support nursing staff with quality, attentive care
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment
