About The Position
Mentor Ridge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking full-time State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for a day-shift position, working 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The skilled nursing facility provides short-term and long-term care and emphasizes outstanding resident care, teamwork, and a “Culture of Care.” The posting describes the facility as five-star, deficiency-free for three years in a row, and having the best resident-to-staff ratio in the county. The starting wage is up to $23.21 per hour, based on experience. Additional weekend shift differentials are $1 per hour for day shifts and $2 per hour for night shifts. Schedules and assignments are set. Daily Pay is available, allowing employees to control the timing of their pay. The employer accepts COVID-19 vaccine exemptions for all employees.
