This position at Cleveland Clinic Justin T. Roger Hospice Care Center involves helping patients and their families physically, emotionally, and spiritually prepare for the end of life. Caregivers work alongside compassionate physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to offer support and comfort as patients adjust to the hospice environment. The focus is on providing comfort, not a cure, and quality of life, not duration. Every day, caregivers can make a lasting difference in the lives of both patients and their loved ones. This is a PRN (Pro Re Nata) position, meaning a caregiver will work varying hours and shifts. Cleveland Clinic Health System is a nonprofit multispecialty academic medical center founded in 1921, integrating clinical and hospital care with research and education.
