About The Position
Join The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center Home Health team and help patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one care while building meaningful relationships with patients and families. Alternate Solutions Health Network collaborates with health systems in joint venture partnerships to create a post-acute care solution to deliver efficient centralized operations that is patient focused. Our company has been dedicated, since the very beginning, to transforming the quality of care for our team and our patients.
Requirements
- Must be an active STNA, CNA, or have 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred (preferably as an STNA or CNA)
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
- Help with mobility, transfers, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Complete required documentation
