About The Position
Join The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center Home Health team and help patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one care while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Requirements
- Must be an active STNA, CNA, or have 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred (preferably as an STNA or CNA)
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
- Help with mobility, transfers, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Complete required documentation
