Rosedale Green is hiring a full-time 1st Shift STNA to work 6:30 AM–2:30 PM. Requirements
- Active Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry certification – REQUIRED
- Availability to work 1st Shift, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Ability to work scheduled weekends and holidays as assigned
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to quality resident care
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Successful completion of required background and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents
- Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and other daily activities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Follow individualized care plans and accurately document care
- Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow Nurse Aides
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment
