About The Position

As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one care, build lasting relationships with patients and families, and be part of a supportive clinical team dedicated to improving lives every day. Requirements
- STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
- 1+ year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
- Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Communicate with nurses, patients, and families
- Complete required documentation
