About The Position

Great job opportunity with high pay and excellent working conditions. This job is based in the UK. Successful Candidates will need to relocate to the UK. All Relocation Expenses are paid by the employer. Excellent pay, with over time and lodge, successful candidates will earn $130,000 to $160,000 USD per year. Accommodation is sourced for successful candidates. This project is based in South East of England on the UK's largest energy project. There are strict requirements. In order to be eligible for shortlisting for a Trade Test, you must meet the requirements below.

Requirements

• Competent Stick and TIG welder.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• A Completely Clean Police Record/ Garda Vetting Record.
• Apprenticeship Certificates.
• Up to date CV.
• Up to date and accurate Work History.
• References.
• Proven experience as a Stick and TIG Welder in a similar industrial setting.
• Valid welding certifications or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience working with various metals, including stainless steel, aluminium, and carbon steel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.
• Perform Stick and TIG welding on various metals, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Set up welding machines and equipment and maintain them in safe working order.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections on completed welds for conformity.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams and other trades to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, complying with safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist in training and guiding less experienced welders when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked.
