About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Stibo MDM professional to own end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management solutions on the STIBO STEP platform. The role works closely with customers from requirements gathering through design, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support. The successful candidate will independently drive solution design, configuration, and delivery on the Stibo platform while ensuring high-quality data migration and smooth UAT and go-live support.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Stibo MDM / STIBO STEP.
• Solid SQL skills.
• Ability to independently drive solution design, configuration, and delivery on the Stibo platform.

• AWS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and obtain customer sign-off on functional requirements.
• Design data models, workflows, technical designs, and governance frameworks, and obtain review and sign-off from Customer SMEs.
• Configure STIBO STEP and develop custom components and interfaces.
• Perform thorough unit testing.
• Cleanse, map, and migrate legacy data into the STIBO platform.
• Validate data and support UAT cycles.
• Provide go-live assistance.
