About The Position

WashU seeks an advancement professional to join University Advancement in the position of Stewardship Officer, McKelvey School of Engineering. The Stewardship Officer will report to the Executive Director for Advancement, McKelvey School of Engineering and will serve as a subject matter expert on stewardship activities for the school. They will work with leadership to acknowledge donors and coordinate students’ engagement with University Advancement. The Officer will collaborate with Donor Relations to ensure McKelvey donors receive comprehensive scholarship and impact reporting. The incumbent plays a critical role in ensuring long-term donor satisfaction and maximizing the impact of donor support. This role requires strong relationship, analytical, and communication skills and a deep understanding of donor engagement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful collaborations with colleagues across departments, divisions, or Schools.

Responsibilities

  • Curate Gift Acknowledgements from Deans and Leaders
  • Manage McKelvey School of Engineering Stewardship Activities
  • Ensure Fund Impact Reporting and Scholarship Stewardship
  • Support Fund Administration
  • Support Team Operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
