About The Position

Join our fast-paced culinary team as a Steward where your work directly impacts the success of our operation. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient workspace, and who understands that great events start with great inventory management.

Requirements

  • Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
  • Positive, respectful, and committed to the schedule you create
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time).
  • Ability to move, lift and handle equipment, supplies and other objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to position self to move items weighing up to 25 pounds from floor to shelves and cabinets above and below counter height
  • Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Responsibilities

  • Load/unload trucks, put away equipment, and store foods and supplies
  • Pull products/equipment and pack for shipment to various events
  • Order, receive, and store food products, supplies, and equipment
  • Rotate stock according to dates received and maintain a safe, sanitary storage area
  • Checks products and equipment that is received and issued
  • Maintain Storeroom, Coolers, Freezers and Docks
