This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and related areas. The Steward will operate dishwashing machinery, wash pots and pans, organize storerooms, and assist kitchen personnel. A key aspect of the role is adhering to the 'Clear as you go' method of working and ensuring compliance with IHG Hygiene and Sanitation standards, as well as the Hotel's Health and Safety Policy. The position also involves attending required meetings and training sessions, and performing other assigned duties. The goal is to maintain a clean and quiet environment for guests behind the scenes.
