Responsible for cleanliness and sanitizing all areas of the restaurant. This role involves establishing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all food service outlets in the hotel. The Steward will perform routine maintenance and cleaning on dish room equipment, inspect and evaluate the physical condition of equipment daily, and ensure compliance with company policies regarding cleaning checklists and documented standards. The position requires full knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and efficient coordination of supply and equipment distribution.
