Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, stoop, bend for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of shared dishwashing, kitchen, and back-of-house areas.
Operate dishwashing equipment to clean high volumes of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure proper sorting, storage, and distribution of clean items across concepts.
Support multiple vendors or stations by restocking supplies and removing used items.
Remove trash, recycling, and compost to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Clean floors, drains, equipment, and common areas regularly throughout shifts.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
Assist with high-volume turnover during peak service periods.
Communicate effectively with multiple teams to support operational flow.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
