About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our kitchen team- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence! This is a Regular Full-Time Steward (Dishwasher) position.

Requirements

2+ years of service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Ability to stand and walk around for the entire shift
Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, equipment, and work areas in compliance with Four Seasons standards
Assist with equipment setup in the kitchen and staff cantina and ensure proper cleaning and organization
Support banquet operations by assisting with food expediting in alignment with established production and quality standards
Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all kitchen floor areas are clean, properly marked with safety signage, and free from hazards
