About The Position

Green Country Village Senior Living is seeking a hospitality-focused Steward/Dishwasher to join their Culinary Services team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, performing dishwashing duties, and assisting with food and supply storage. The community is located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, on a 26-acre campus, offering an all-inclusive lifestyle and superior hospitality for active older adults.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to stand/walk for 100% of the work day (4-8-hour shift).
Ability to independently lift, balance, and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to access and navigate the full campus.
Ability to function efficiently despite distractions and interruptions.
Hospitality focused and strive to create quality experiences for those served.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with residents and their guests.
Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with ability to support dining services in all levels of care.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Safety focus to ensure a safe environment for residents and guests.

Nice To Haves

Senior Living community experience is preferred.
Commercial Dishwasher experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Dish-washing, pot-washing, and utensil washing following all meals.
General kitchen cleaning duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors, and work surfaces according to specified schedules and procedures.
Storing food and non-food supplies as directed, including breaking down boxes before disposal.
Maintaining safe, sanitary, and orderly conditions in all work areas.
Promoting a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents and staff.
Adhering to Hospitality Promises, which include greeting warmly, treating with respect, anticipating needs, listening and responding promptly, holding accountable, embracing differences, making others feel important, asking "Is there anything else I can do for you?", maintaining professionalism, and paying attention to details.
