About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen, culinary areas, and food setup and prep areas. The Steward will perform routine manual labor, including ware washing, mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, foodservice equipment, and operating basic equipment. Additionally, the position requires completing all company-required training within designated time frames and ensuring a safe working environment. Employees may also be assigned to other Food & Beverage positions requiring the same type of license.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
• Must complete all required company training
• Knowledge in the safe use of cleaning products

• Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of internal control section 465a.7

Responsibilities

• Moving heavy supplies and equipment as directed
• Maintaining the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the Kitchens, culinary areas and food set up and prep areas
• Ware washing, mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, foodservice equipment and simple operation of basic equipment
• Completing all company-required training within designated time frames
• Ensuring a safe working environment for self and others
• Performing cleaning tasks, as assigned
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
• Potentially working in other Food & Beverage positions that require the same type of license
