Perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning functions. This role involves washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, as well as operating dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment. The position also includes maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition, stocking supplies, and sweeping and washing floors. Additionally, the role requires sorting and removing trash, performing food preparation functions during staffing shortages or peak periods, and contributing to guest satisfaction scores. Safety is paramount, requiring safe work habits, protective equipment, and adherence to MSDS and OSHA standards. Other duties may be requested by management.
