About The Position
Our busy Community Health Center dental practice is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to support our clinical team and help ensure a safe, efficient, and organized environment for both patients and staff. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, enjoys working behind the scenes, and understands the important role sterilization plays in delivering quality patient care.

Nice To Haves
- Previous dental, medical, or sterilization experience preferred
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures preferred
Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Operate sterilization equipment and maintain sterilization records and logs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards
- Prepare instrument trays and treatment rooms for patient care
- Organize and stock operatories and clinical supply areas
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinical area
- Assist dental assistants and providers with clinic support tasks as needed
- Help ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced dental environment
