About The Position

Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for a dependable and motivated Sterile Technician to join our dental team! No dental or sterile processing experience is required — we are willing to train the right person! As a Sterile Technician, you will play an important role in keeping our clinical team supported and our patients safe. You’ll help ensure instruments and treatment areas are properly cleaned, sterilized, organized, and ready for patient care.

Requirements

• No prior dental or sterile technician experience required — we will train!
• Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Follow established infection control and sterilization procedures
• Prepare instruments and supplies for patient appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sterilization area
• Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment and supplies
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and office safety guidelines
• Support the dental team as needed to help keep the office running smoothly
• Help create a safe, welcoming environment for our patients and team
