Sterilization/Lab Assistant
About The Position
Looking for a career that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Sterilization and Lab Technician to join our growing team. Job duties include preparing 3D printed models, making retainers, processing x-rays, uploading photos, working directly with doctors preparing aligner cases, processing sterilization and other duties as assigned. We look forward to training you on all these duties in our state of the art lab. We are looking for someone who is very comfortable around computers, has great attention to detail, can communicate clearly, has ability to meet deadlines, dependable and works well independently.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and working areas in strict accordance with sterilization/disinfection protocols
- 3D print scans for retainers and models
- Use 3D models to make in house retainers
- Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized
- Provides patient care instructions
- Perform laboratory procedures under the general supervision of the Orthodontist
- Upload records to patient software
- Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events
- Cross-trains in other support positions as necessary
