Requirements

• No prior healthcare experience is required
• Comprehensive, paid, on-the-job training is provided
• Mentorship from experienced staff
• Participate in a virtual (pre-recorded) OnDemand interview that will need to be completed within 72 hours of the request.

Responsibilities

• Clean, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
• Inspect and assemble instruments for procedures
• Prepare and deliver supplies to operating room staff
• Maintain inventory and organize storage areas
• Operate sterilization equipment, such as autoclaves and instrument washers
• Use computer systems to track instruments and sterilization processes
