About The Position

Oro Valley Surgical Suites, part of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), is an AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgical center in Oro Valley, Arizona. The center provides outpatient care specializing in orthopedics, total joint replacements, spine surgery, and pain management.

The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for surgical instruments and prepares supplies and instruments for surgical cases. The role is part of a collaborative team focused on compassionate, clinically excellent patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of sterile processing experience.
• Experience with all types of sterilizers.
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing patient conditions when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred.
