Sterile Processing Technician FT
About The Position
Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for its Sterile Processing Department. The position is based in the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area at 1850 State Street, New Albany, Indiana. The technician cleans, prepares, and sterilizes reusable patient care supplies; dispenses reusable and disposable patient care supplies; maintains sterilizer logs and performs daily testing of sterilizer equipment; and reports equipment breakdowns. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- One year of sterile processing experience or one year of surgical scrub experience is preferred.
