About The Position
Prepares, sterilizes, installs, assembles, cleans all healthcare equipment required for surgeries, examinations, and medical procedures. Ensures equipment, instruments, and supplies can be reused safely to prevent infections.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, required.
- Strong attention to detail, vigilance and meticulous care on the job.
- Ability to work well in a team or independently
Responsibilities
- Preparing and packing decontaminated supplies for sterilization.
- Maintaining records of sterilization procedures, sterilized items, equipment maintenance and supplies.
- Assists in room turnover.
