Sterile Processing Technician, Full Time
About The Position
Full-time position working 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, with hours subject to change according to department needs. Provides assistance to Operating Room staff by preparing and caring for surgical instruments and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include preparing, assembling, and organizing the environment, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform surgical interventions. Performs other duties as assigned. Employment offers are contingent upon providing documentation of employment eligibility as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, passing a drug test, and passing a physical test. Requirements
- At least one year of Sterile Processing experience is required.
- Must provide documentation demonstrating employment eligibility as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
- Must pass a drug test and a physical test.
Nice To Haves
- Hospital experience preferred.
- BLS certification preferred.
